It's been over a week since I have posted. Our business is really busy this time of year. We are getting ready for Medicare's Open Enrollment for Prescription Drug plans, this starts in November and it will get really busy for us.
Not much going on other than work really. Kyla went to the food show for 4-H today. She fixed a dish to be judged, and she got First place. She now gets to go to district next month in Lubbock. She was excited. She had her last volleyball game last Monday at Friona. She has now started practicing basketball. Her first game is November 17Th. She finds out Monday if she is on the A team or not. She thinks she will be, we will see.
Dylan is also went to a food show on Thursday. He had a great time and learned how to cook some stuff. He already knew how to cook Cinnamon toast. He goes with me on Saturdays to my mom and dad's for breakfast, and he fixes his own cinnamon toast, and it really tastes good. We may have a chef in the making.
I will be wearing a Texas Tech cap to church in the morning. I lost a bet with Justin Brown last week. Tech played Texas A&M and I told Justin (who is a huge Tech fan) that if my Aggie's won, he would have to wear an Aggie cap to church. If Tech won I would wear a Tech cap. So I lost, and I will be paying off my bet in the morning.
I think I have found a miracle cure as well. For the last year or so I have had some really weird chest pains. They just come on me all of a sudden like and at times they can really be painful. Cheryl has always thought it was my heart, I think it is just Acid Reflux. Although I was REALLY, REALLY, stressed out at the beginning of this year. In fact there were times I did not know if I was going to make it. These pains have gotten worse since that time. Well this week I was meeting with a lady who gave me a juice to drink. She told me that she has Acid reflux and it has helped her. So I bought a bottle of it, just to try. I take it in the mornings and it tastes terrible, but since I have been taking it, I have had no pain. I hope that it continues to work. I had never heard of this stuff before, but it seems to be working good so far. Cheryl has wanted me to go to the doctor, but I just can not bring myself to do it. I have just about gotten to the point where I sometimes believe that the cure of Prescription drugs are worse than the symptoms themselves. Although if my "wonder cure" does not continue to work, I might have to break down and go. Time will see.

Oh, next time I need to help Justin come up with something better to bet. We could have you doing a lot of things if you keep betting on a&m. We as Baylor fans at least know never to bet for them.
Hey, Matt! I know a really good doctor! :) He even happens to go to church with us.
