Vacation/ More Pictures From Camp

It is somewhat scary when your doorbell rings at 2:00am and awakens you from your sleep. After last weeks post I immediately thought, OK which member of our youth group is out at 2:00am and needs help. I went to the door and no one was there. As I watched through the window I saw a kid running across my yard headed North, only saw the back of him so not sure who it was, don't believe that it was someone from the youth though. After that Cheryl and I both had trouble falling back to sleep. KIDS!!

We are leaving on vacation tomorrow sometime we will be going to the mountains where it is cool. I hope to get some rest, sleep late and do just about nothing. Things have been really busy around our house the last week. We are enclosing our 2ND set of garages and making it into an office. It will be really nice when it is done. I have one of my Friends doing most of the carpentry work. I wired all of the lights and electrical outlets. It should be just about done by the time that we get back from vacation, then we can paint, put down carpet and it will be ready. We are ready for it to be done, so we can get more organized again.

I love Sunday mornings. I get up early and come to the Elders meting and then I have some quiet time afterwords to myself and it is really nice. I usually go over my lesson for class, blog and write in my journal. It seems with our life style that I get little time to myself, so I always look forward to Sunday mornings. I guess if I would get up earlier during the week, I would have some of that quiet time. School starts soon, and I am sure that Kyla will have athletics early in the morning, so I will have that opportunity soon.
