Road Trip

We took a bit of a road trip yesterday. Kyla had a volleyball game in Olton at 5:00pm. So we left Tulia around 4:00 to get there in plenty of time. Got there and the kids were walking out of the gym, Olton did not have us on their schedule. So we got to turn right around and come home.


We did get back in time to see Romo throw 5 interceptions and fumble one time. You got to hand it to the guy though he pulled it out in the end and the Cowboys won. You just got to love Romo.
My schedule has been off some what the last couple of day's. I did not blog yesterday, just never could really get to it. I know that "ALL" my readers were so disappointed:) Hopefully now i am back on track. Speaking of road trips, my dad and I and Dylan are leaving Friday afternoon to go to Oklahoma City to pick up a show pig for Kyla to show this year. It should be fun, we will be back on Saturday afternoon. I will take pictures and post them of our new member of the family. Also got news today that my dad and his brothers (Howell brothers Quarter Horses, in Dimmitt Texas) are being presented an award by the Quarter Horse Association for registering a horse with the association every year for the past 50 years. I thought that was really neat. They will be presented this award on the 23rd of October, two weeks from today. I think i am more excited than they are, anyway i thought it was neat.
I am looking forward to seeing all of you guys in class on Wednesday night. We will continue our discussion on attitudes. Also we need to try to decide what other colors to paint the room. We will be painting on Sunday afternoon, so be ready. Hope that all of you are having a great week!! Remember the Friday lunch is back on this Friday, so bring a friend and i will see you there.
