Whats going on!!

We have several of you guys in our youth group that will start playing differnt sports this comming week and playing in the band on Friday nights. I wish you all the luck and success in the world. I will try to put on the blog a schedule of events that you are all in. We have Jake, Lori, Kati and Teddy in the band this year, good luck to you guys play well. They will be playing next Friday night the 14th here in Tulia. Our varsity football team will be playing Sanford Fritch. They do not play this week.

We can support each other by trying to attend each others activites through the week. I know that it gets crazy and everyone is going in different directions, but Cheryl and I will try to make as many functions that you have as we can. Phillip will be playing football this year, so lets remember to go out and support him and be praying for his saftey as well as the saftey of all the other players. Phillips will play next Thursday the 13th at Sanford Fritch, good luck Phillip.

We have Kyla and Kristen playing volleyball Monday the 10th. They play Littlefield here at the Dallas street gym. This is their first game in Jr. High athletics, they have been practicing hard and i know that they will do well.

Good luck to all of you and i hope that i did not leave anyone out. If i did just let me know. We had a really good class Wednesday night. We have decided to make our youth group mission statement as "Dare to be different." I think that this is a great idea, and we will be doing some different things in weeks to come with this. I am a little behind on a lesson for Sunday morning, i will try to post what we will be doing later today or on Saturday. I hope to see all of you Sunday.
